We thank the homeowners of BL for sharing their thoughts and
concerns through this survey. There were a total of 126 paper and
electronic replies for a return of about 30%. While we would have
liked to have seen more, this is still a reliable representation of
neighborhood sentiment. These results will also be forwarded to
Councilwoman Toni Lawrence and made available to BP.
