In an effort to protect the homeowner's rights and property values, it is required that any homeowner considering change or addition to their home OR property which would effect the exterior appearance MUST submit their request in writing to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) PRIOR to initiating any change or addition.
Please click on the links below to view and print the application form and the instructions. The completed form must be returned to Planned Community Management (PCMI), 15995 N. Barkers Landing Rd. for logging and processing. The request will be forwarded to the ARC for review and action and returned to the homeowner. For a simple request requiring no samples, plans or large drawings the application may be faxed to PCMI at 281-504-1381. Sketches, outlines, etc. that can be placed on a letter sized paper may be attached to your fax as a part of the application. Do not send a color fax – PCMI has no color fax capabilities.
